  • Prices offered shall be fixed & firm however Forex portion will be subject to change based on exchange rates (Rand versus US Dollar)
  • Forex portion is calculated at 65% of total price offered and will be adjusted at the time of delivery

  • Goods are of 100% South African origin

  • Our prices are Exclusive of Value Added Tax
  • The manufacturer is the vendor of quotation, and registered as a vendor, in terms of the Value Added Tax Act, 1991 (act no. 89 of 1991)

  • Based on our present commitments and subject to adequate suppliers of all necessary materials being available from our normal suppliers, we offer lead time on delivery detailed below. (to be confirmed upon order placement)
    • Below 50km = 1-2 weeks
    • Above 50km = 2-3 Weeks

  • In view of the extended nature of this contract, price and dispatch periods may vary from those that can be offered at the quotation stage. Accordingly we reserve the right to review and if necessary escalate our quoted price and amend our current dispatch periods. Any revision of prices and delivery periods would be indicated, in writing, at the time of receipt of order

  • To be supplied on standard non-returnable wooden drums

  • Our Optical Fibre cables are of 100% South African manufactured and is guaranteed, to be of high grade material throughout and of good and careful workmanship in such a manner that we undertake to correct and make good any defects which may develop under normal and proper use within the guarantee period which are solely to our faulty design, material or workmanship, provided always that we are notified immediately the defect is discovered
  • The repaired or replaced portion will be delivered free to the initial place of delivery. The defective portion thus replaced remains our property. The guarantee period is 12 months commencing from the date of delivery, or if delivery cannot be made on account of delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, from the date the material is ready for dispatch at our works. All liability on our behalf ceases at the termination of the guarantee period

Vis major, Acts of God, or casus fortuitous which shall, without limiting the foregoing, be deemed to include:

  • Strikes
  • Lock-outs
  • Civil disturbances
  • Riots
  • Activities of enemies of the State
  • Transport delays or accidents,
  • Acts of Government, provincial or local authority
  • Legislation precluding the effective execution or performance of any part of this contract on the terms and conditions prescribed herein
  • Other contingencies of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising, beyond the reasonable control or the Creditor shall excuse a delay in or suspension of deliveries, and the Creditor may within 30 (Thirty) days after the occurrence of any such contingency, cancel the balance of the contract, or the whole or any part thereof

  • Our proposals will remain valid for 30 days from date, but if necessary this period may be extended by mutual agreement

  • These terms of supply shall in all respects be constructed and operated in accordance with laws of the Republic of South Africa
  • By accepting this quotation all terms and conditions are accepted. A copy of terms and conditions is available on request
